SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charge for all orders greater than 299 AED is Free currently.

Orders less than 299 AED will be subject to a 15 AED surcharge.

Standard delivery time is 1-3 Business days. Please take in mind, that these are average delivery durations. It is important that you respond to phone calls from us and our courier partner for address verification and arranging delivery, in order to delivery your shipment in due course.

We may also offer Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery service, time to time for some states.

To benefit from Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery service, you need to place your order before 12pm.

Our courier partners offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and in that case we are unable to deliver your order and we will inform you through your given contact information.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Procedure

1. If the item is not broken or worn, returns may be made within 14 days after the delivery date.

2. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging and boxes, unused, with all tags, if any, still attached, and in the same condition as when they were first delivered.

Modification of the Exchanges and Returns policy's terms and conditions:

We have the right to change the User Agreement at any moment without giving you prior notice. The ultimate choice would be made by management. If the User Agreement is modified, we will send you an email at the address you provided when registering on www.shaimabeauty.ae to let you know about the changes. You should stop using the service if the updated User Agreement is unacceptable to you. You will, nevertheless, be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by the updated User Agreement if you continue to use the service.
