Refund and Returns Policy

We are dedicated to making sure you are happy with any products you have ordered from us.

Our easy 14-day return or exchange policy is available.

Return Procedure

1. If the item is not broken or worn, returns may be made within 14 days after the delivery date.

2. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging and boxes, unused, with all tags, if any, still attached, and in the same condition as when they were first delivered.

Please check the packaging of any product before accepting delivery to make sure it hasn't been tampered with or destroyed. Before taking delivery of the product, if you feel that it is not in good condition or that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, decline to accept delivery of the item and send an email to our Customer Care at info@shaimabeauty.ae with your order reference number.

Modification of the Exchanges and Returns policy's terms and conditions:

We have the right to change the User Agreement at any moment without giving you prior notice. The ultimate choice would be made by management. If the User Agreement is modified, we will send you an email at the address you provided when registering on www.shaimabeauty.ae to let you know about the changes. You should stop using the service if the updated User Agreement is unacceptable to you. You will, nevertheless, be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by the updated User Agreement if you continue to use the service.
